I have regular 120v outlets, can you install at my home?

Yes. Our systems step down your 120v source to 5v, 12v or 24v. All of which are considered low voltage applications.
Ok I'm in. How long until the install date?

Once the order is placed, installation can take place in two to three weeks. During those 2-3 weeks we are color matching your enclosure paint and building your unique system.
I've seen on your site that it's app controlled or also controlled via computer, but what does that mean?

Our app is available via Android or iOS. When we install your system, we will connect the control unit with your WIFI and if you wish to control with a computer, it will have a unique web address that remains on your network. All of the data transfers, whether via app or computer, remain on your network and no data is collected.
On the install day - how long will it take? Who should I expect to show up?

We schedule four hours for installation. We design, manufacture and install your light fixtures, so only our full time employees. Typically, we do like to be at the property at some point in the future at dusk for a proper calibration, but that is optional.
What payment milestones are there?

The quotation and design phase is free. Once we agree on a design and implementation, a 25% deposit is required. The remaining 75% is due on successful installation.
How can I pay?

Preferred methods are cash and check. We do accept all major credit cards, but that also comes with an additional 3% fee.
